These crispy cottage cheese chips are a delicious and healthy snack option that balances crunchiness with flavor. Perfect for movie nights or as a side dish, they are easy to make and packed with protein.

Ingredients

  • 250 g cottage cheese (preferably whole milk)
  • Spices (to taste (e.g. salt, pepper, garlic powder))
  • 30 g Parmesan (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1 sheet baking paper (for lining the baking tray)
  • 1 spray mist solution (optional for extra crispiness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Place 250 g of cottage cheese in a bowl.
  4. Add spices to taste and stir well.
  5. If using Parmesan, add and mix again.
  6. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly on the baking paper.
  7. Lightly spray the chips with a mist solution if desired.
  8. Bake the chips for 50 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the tray.
  10. Gently lift the chips off the baking paper and place them in a serving bowl.
