Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the beef into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and any other spices you love.
  2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until they're fragrant and golden brown.
  3. Increase the heat to high and add the beef to the skillet. Sear it until browned on all sides, which locks in the juices and flavors.
